DataTracks, a global leader in regulatory compliance solutions, will be participating at the FEI’s 33rd annual Current Financial Reporting Issues (CFRI) conference (booth 108), and showcase the DataTracks solutions for financial reporting.
The DataTracks Disclosure Management System is a web-based collaborative solution which enables corporations to have full control over the process of preparing regulatory filings for SEC, including the ability to make last-minute changes easily, while leaving bulk of the work to DataTracks.
“The CFRI conference provides the right platform for finance professionals to learn the latest accounting and reporting standards. The DataTracks DMS simplifies the complete EDGAR SEC reporting process. Users can now access, modify and review the reports from different locations. Not only this, switching to the DMS, corporations save time and cost, but are also assured of accurate SEC filings”, says Monica Umesh, Vice President – US Sales.
The CFRI conference will be held at the Marriott Marquis Times Square, 1535 Broadway, between W. 45th & 46th Streets, New York, NY 10036 on Nov 17-18, 2014.
