The audit was conducted by TÜV SÜD which is an independent certifying authority. TÜV SÜD is an international service corporation that specializes in consulting, testing, certification and training. It is headquartered in Munich, Germany.

The ISO 9001:2008 is a globally recognized standard for quality management systems. DataTracks aims to provide a quality of service that delights the customers on a consistent and sustainable basis.
